Cancun International Airport (CUN) is 23 kilometers (14 mi) away. The 100 guest rooms are exclusive for Club Altitude guests and offer views of the sea and the Nichupté Lagoon. All accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, flat-screen TV, private balcony, minibar, safe, and private bathroom with shower and deluxe amenities. Altitude rooms and suites include access to a private lounge and an infinite pool only for adults. The property has three pools, including a children's pool, a fitness center, and a spa. Services include concierge assistance, luggage storage, a kids and teen club, and 24-hour room service. Facilities include several meeting rooms, the largest with capacity for 180 guests.
