Well-positioned in the center of a cove, this hotel has a fabulous location beside the Pacific Ocean in the largest bay in Mexico, overlooking dazzling golden beaches and the sapphire blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. Facilities include a front desk, a beauty salon, several shops, 5 bars, and 5 restaurants. Guests may use the public internet terminal and those arriving by car may use the hotel parking area. Room, laundry, and medical services are available for guests and children may join the kids´ club activities. Before your trip, please check directly with the national government the entry and stay requirements of the country you are visiting. Keep in mind that it is the responsibility of the traveler to meet the rules and regulations established by the destination country.

All-Inclusive Plan

Includes all taxes and gratuities.

Land sports include tennis, archery, beach volleyball, and a 9-hole miniature golf.

Water activities include water polo and snorkel equipment, as well as equipment for non-motorized water sports, including kayaks and sailing boats.

Includes a welcome cocktail, all meals and snacks in two buffet restaurants, and a la carte dinner (subject to availability and opening according to the schedule), selected drinks in bars and restaurants from 11:00 to 02:00 hrs. Minibar restocked once a day.

Includes spectacular night shows at the Oaxaca Theater and live music in the Lobby Bar or El Jorongo bar.

Includes your choice of accommodations with safe and minibar with water, soft drinks and beer.

Daily activities conducted by the animation staff in the pool and beach areas. The program varies daily.

Dinners in a la carte restaurants require prior reservation and are subject to availability and opening times according to schedule. The dress code is formal with trousers and closed shoes. Bermuda shorts, beach clothes, sandals, and sneakers are not allowed. For a 3-night stay, 1 a la carte dinner; the maximum number is 3 dinners. Room service, sauna, and the steam room generate an additional charge for Deluxe and Deluxe Partial Ocean View categories.

Includes a supervised activities program for children between 5 and 12 years of age. Open daily from 10:00 to 17:00 hrs.

Special requests such as type of bed, connecting rooms, handicap, hammock, are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and may generate an additional fee. Spa & Fitness Center: all services require prior reservation. Upon booking, you will have to pay for the entire amount of it or leave an advance payment of 50% of the total. In case of a no show or the guest wishes to cancel, there will be no refund of the advance payment. Sauna and Steam generate an additional charge for Deluxe and Deluxe partial ocean view categories. The use of the fitness center is exclusive to those guests over 16 years of age and older. Mandatory use of sneakers and sports clothing.
