Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa is a beach all-inclusive hotel in the Riviera Maya, offering the Unlimited-Luxury® concept and luxury-equipped guest rooms and suites, all meals and premium drinks, 24-hour room service, a daily activities program, night shows, themed parties, a children's club, and teens' activities. The Unlimited Connectivity is also included and consists of downloading an app on your smartphone to make and receive calls through the wireless network at the hotel, stay in contact through social networks, contact the staff, and make reservations for the spa and tours, among other benefits. The property has six a la carte restaurants, a buffet restaurant, a steak restaurant, a coffee shop, and seven bars. The hotel accepts dogs weighing up to 10 kilos (22 lb) in the rooms and offers special amenities for them (fees and restrictions apply). The 431 guest rooms and suites are designed in a contemporary Mexican style with marble floors and some of them offer views of the garden or the sea. The hotel offers deluxe guest rooms and suites with a balcony or terrace. All accommodations are fitted with an in-room electronic safe and minibar restocked daily. For couples, there is a section with adult-only rooms. The hotel has two pools accessible to all guests. There are also two pools exclusive for Preferred Club guests.
