Fairmont Mayakoba is a natural and tropical resort located on Cancun - Playa del Carmen federal highway, 60 kilometers (37 mi) from Cancun International Airport (CUN). Downtown Playa del Carmen and its famous Fifth Avenue are 11 kilometers (6.6 mi) away. Fairmont Mayakoba has 401 guest rooms including 34 suites, distributed in 90 two-story casitas offering from two to four rooms each. Accommodations include flat-screen TV, internet access, in-room safe, mini-refrigerator, telephone, NESPRESSO coffeemaker, and balcony. Fairmont Mayakoba features five pools, a fitness center, a spa, six different dining options, and a business center.
