Fairmont Mayakoba is a natural and tropical resort located on Cancun - Playa del Carmen federal highway, 60 kilometers (37 mi) from Cancun International Airport (CUN). Downtown Playa del Carmen and its famous Fifth Avenue are 11 kilometers (6.6 mi) away. Fairmont Mayakoba has 401 guest rooms including 34 suites, distributed in 90 two-story casitas offering from two to four rooms each.
