The property is 1 kilometer (0.6 mi) from Punta Coco Beach, 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) from the ferry pier, and 170 kilometers (105.7 mi) from Cancún International Airport (CUN). ***The local government has a mandatory tax of $26.06 MXN or $1.40 USD per room, per night, payable directly to the hotel. ***Holbox Island has only one ATM and most shops do not accept credit or debit cards.
