This complex is located in Santa Eulalia, and the shops, bars and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. The beach is just 200 m from the hotel and the port is 150 m away. This complex consists of five floors with lift. It was completely refurbished in 2007. It also has a restaurant and a bar on the ground floor. The ample apartments are between 40 and 50 m², and come with a bedroom with either one double bed or two singles, a sitting room with sofa bed, a TV with satellite channels, hi-fi system, direct dial telephone, radio, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities), a bathroom with hydro-massage shower, individually-adjustable air conditioning and heating, a safe deposit box, and either a balcony or terrace. The nearby beach is sandy.
