Sandos Playacar All Inclusive is a beachfront family hotel surrounded by extensive gardens, in the exclusive Playacar urban development in Playa del Carmen. This resort is located right on the beach, 5 kilometers (3.1 mi) from the vibrant Fifth Avenue, which offers a wide variety of shops, bars, and restaurants, 11 kilometers (6.8 mi) from Xcaret Park, and 35 kilometers (21.7 mi) from the town of Puerto Morelos. Cancún International Airport (CUN) is 61 kilometers (37.9 mi) from the hotel. ***Adult-only categories only allow guests over 18 years of age. ***The local government has a mandatory tax of $32.57 MXN per room, per night, payable directly to the hotel. ***Upon check-in, all reservations will be asked for a credit card to make a hold for the amount of $5,000.00 MXN. This is to accommodate any possible incidents.
