Secrets Riviera Cancun All Preferred is an adult-only all-suite oceanfront hotel in Puerto Morelos. This deluxe resort located between the Caribbean Sea and Petempich Bay Lagoon offers customized service and Preferred Club and Unlimited-Luxury® exclusive benefits. The suites offer garden view, partial ocean view, or oceanfront view, and are equipped with a private bathroom with rain shower, balcony or terrace with whirlpool tub, Nespresso coffeemaker, WiFi, and secret box for room service available 24 hours. Some suites offer direct access to the pool. Some Preferred Club additional benefits include free access to the spa hydrotherapy circuit once per stay, customized check-in at each building, a tequila bar in the room, and a minibar restocked daily with soft drinks, bottled water, juice, and beer. Unlimited-Luxury® offers unlimited access to the gourmet a la carte restaurant without a reservation, unlimited access to domestic and imported beverages, weekly themed nights by the pool or at the beach, live music, and zumba, Spanish, and cooking lessons. Guests have free access to all dining options at the Breathless Riviera Cancún sister resort, which is located next to the property. Entertainment includes the outdoor pool, snorkeling equipment, kayaking, and yoga, and free access to the 2 pools at the sister hotel. The hotel accepts dogs weighing up to 10 kilos (22 lb) (fees and restrictions apply). The hotel is 13 kilometers (8 mi) from Puerto Morelos, 42 kilometers (26.1 mi) from Playa del Carmen, and 50 kilometers (31 mi) from Xcaret Park.
