The resort includes eight pools, an outdoor jacuzzi, a spa, and an orchid garden. The 454 suites are fitted with mattresses with memory effect, Nespresso® coffeemaker, and whirlpool tub in the bathroom or the terrace. Accommodations also offer customized concierge assistance, an aromatherapy set, and a pillow menu. Grand Palladium resort has more restaurants and bars where you can enjoy all the gastronomy, a Catholic church, and conference facilities. This all-inclusive beachfront hotel is 8 kilometers (5 mi) from Akumal Bay, 34 kilometers (21.1 mi) from Playa del Carmen, and 87 kilometers (54 mi) from Cancún International Airport (CUN). ***The local government has a mandatory tax of $26.06 MXN or $1.40 USD per room, per night, payable directly to the hotel. ***Before your trip, please check directly with the national government the entry and stay requirements of the country you are visiting.
